Saint James Parish will sponsor a Ministry Fair on Sunday, September 21, 2025, after the 9:00am and 10:30am Masses in Msgr. Heller Hall.
Father Scalia encourages all ministries to participate in this event. It will give parishioners a chance to talk to the ministries directly.
Each ministry will get a 6-foot table, 1 chair, a sign with your ministry’s name, and a table cloth. Ministries will be responsible for creating and producing their displays and handouts. Depending on the number of ministries participating, tables may be shared.

Each ministry is asked to complete the RSVP form below by Wednesday, September 17th, for set up purposes.
