You may call Ginny at 703-532-8815 to check availability of a space before you do the paperwork. Please fill out the form and submit via fax, email, mail or hand delivery at least two weeks before your event. Changes and cancellations should also be submitted in writing.
The PDF can be saved to your hard drive and edited to add your info. After you save it again under the name of your event, you may then either email it or print it and send it to the rectory via mail or hand delivery.
