Bulletin Submissions

The normal bulletin deadline is Noon on Wednesdays, 11 days before the Sunday of publication (i.e. if the bulletin date is 24 April, deadline is April 13). Sending notices earlier is better. With the number of new requests, upcoming bulletins are often full before the Wednesday deadline. Submission does not guarantee publication.

To submit a PULPIT ANNOUNCEMENT, click here. Submissions are due the Wednesday before the weekend you want. Please note that pulpit announcements are at the discretion of the pastor.

  • Parish communications have a priority over those submitted by outside organizations.
    • We do not call submitters to notify them if their notices are accepted or not.
  • The content and layout of the notices in the bulletin is at the discretion of the parish and notices may be shortened due to space.
    • Artwork and flyers may be attached to the form below.
    • Submitter will receive a draft of their notice before it is submitted for publication.
  • Multiple announcements may be submitted as a single Word document with the dates for each announcement clearly stated.
  • Photos submitted with children in them must have the permission of the parents for each child since the bulletin is posted online.

  • Due to Easter holiday, Palm Sunday and Easter weekend bulletin deadlines are earlier. Deadlines are firm.
    • March 29th bulletin – Deadline is Monday, March 16th at Noon
    • April 5th bulletin – Deadline Thursday, March 19th at Noon
    • April 12th bulletin – Deadline is Tuesday, March 24th, at Noon
