Bulletin Submissions

The normal bulletin deadline is Noon on Wednesdays, 11 days before the Sunday of publication (i.e. if the bulletin date is 24 April, deadline is April 13). Sending notices earlier is better. With the number of new requests, upcoming bulletins are often full before the Wednesday deadline.

PLEASE NOTE EARLY DEADLINE SUBMISSIONS THROUGH MID-JANUARY 2026. Submitting by the deadline does not guarantee publication, as the bulletin fills up quickly. We will do our best to accommodate.

To submit a PULPIT ANNOUNCEMENT, click here. Submissions are due the Wednesday before the weekend you want. Please note that pulpit announcements are at the discretion of the pastor.

  • Parish communications have a priority over those submitted by outside organizations.
    • We do not call submitters to notify them if their notices are accepted or not.
  • The content and layout of the notices in the bulletin is at the discretion of the parish and notices may be shortened due to space.
    • Artwork and flyers may be attached to the form below.
    • Submitter will receive a draft of their notice before it is submitted for publication.
  • Multiple announcements may be submitted as a single Word document with the dates for each announcement clearly stated.
  • Photos submitted with children in them must have the permission of the parents for each child since the bulletin is posted online.
  • Note that, at times, a bulletin will fill up before the deadline.
    • Even if a notice is submitted by the deadline, it may not make it into the bulletin.
    • Submission of a notice does not guarantee insertion in to the bulletin.

UPCOMING EARLY BULLETIN NOTICE SUBMISSION DATES – With holidays, submission dates are much earlier. The deadlines are firm.

  • December 14 bulletin – Deadline is 10am on Wednesday, November 26 – CLOSED
  • December 21 bulletin – Deadline is 10am on Thursday, December 4
  • December 28 bulletin – Deadline is Noon on Thursday, December 11
  • January 4 & January 11 bulletins – Deadline is Noon on Tuesday, December 16
    • Submission earlier is encouraged. Bulletins may fill up before the deadline.
