Saint James Parish will sponsor a Ministry Fair on Sunday, October 4th, after the 9:00am and 10:30am Masses in Msgr. Heller Hall in conjunction with Donut Sunday.
Father Scalia encourages all ministries to participate in this event. It will give parishioners a chance to talk to the ministries directly.
Each ministry will get a
- 6-foot table
- 1 chair
- a sign with your ministry’s name
- a table cloth
Ministries will be responsible for creating and producing their displays and handouts. Depending on the number of ministries participating, tables may be shared. If you have any questions, please contact the pastor’s assistant, Susan Ramsel, at [email protected] or 703-532-8815.
Tables will be set up in Monsignor Heller Hall for each Ministry that registers. Due to limited space, It is mandatory for each Ministry to register. We will not accept walk-ins on the day of the event. Many groups all fall under the same ministry ( i.e. Bible studies fall under Bible & Faith Formation Studies and share a table, work camp falls under youth ministry, all sports fall under CYO.) Please talk to the lead of that ministry to ask about having space for your group. There will not be individual tables for each group. Each ministry is asked to complete the RSVP form below by Wednesday, September 23rd, for set up purposes. Registration will be closed after that.
